Dan’s Macadamia Pancake Mix — 400 g

Bring a little macadamia richness to your breakfast table. Dan’s Macadamia Pancake Mix combines diced macadamia nuts and macadamia meal with buttermilk and natural vanilla flavour for light, fluffy pancakes.

Net weight: 400 g. Each bag provides two 200 g preparation batches. Sold as one 400 g bag; case photos show the display packaging.

Preparation

1. Whisk 1 large egg with 150 mL milk.
2. Add 200 g pancake mix and stir gently until no obvious pockets of dry mix remain. A few small lumps are fine; do not overmix.
3. Let the batter rest for 3–5 minutes.
4. Preheat a lightly greased griddle to approximately 175–180°C.
5. Pour 40–50 g batter per pancake. Flip when bubbles form on the surface and the edges begin to set. Cook until golden brown and fully cooked.
